Associate Broker

Emmett is an Associate Broker at Porta & Company, where he specializes in leasing and selling industrial, office, and retail properties across Southern Maine. Since joining the firm as an intern in 2021, he has steadily grown within the company—transitioning to a full-time Sales Agent in 2022 and advancing to his current role in 2025.

Emmett holds a degree in Business Management from the Wall College of Business at Coastal Carolina University, graduating in 2022. He is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Maine (License #BA929603) and an active member of both the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors (MCAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Known for his energy, market knowledge, and commitment to client success, Emmett brings a focused and results-driven approach to every transaction.

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time at the lake with his family, golfing, traveling, and connecting with friends.
